Lifetime Quality Guarantee
We believe in our products so much that we offer a lifetime quality guarantee. This guarantee is limited to quality control and ensures that your products will last. If you experience a quality issue, we’ll be happy to exchange the item(s) for you. The quality guarantee does not extend to products that are used in a way that’s inconsistent with proper use.
The Lifetime Quality Guarantee Does NOT Cover the Following:
• Personal preference of softness, size and/or color
• Abuse to the product including burns, cuts, liquid damage, stains, or pet damage
• Loss or theft of an item(s)
30-Day Return Policy
Faulty or product defects can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund including shipping costs or product exchange for equal or lesser value with a valid receipt.

You can return your item to one of our distributions centres via Post at your own expense. If you elect for this option, you will need a return authorisation number, which can be obtained by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if my item is faulty?
At Swift Good, we take extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you find that one of our products is faulty, or we have not delivered what you ordered, we would like to help you resolve the problem. Returns will be accepted for products purchased online and delivered anywhere in the world if they are faulty or the products delivered do not match your Order.
Returns Terms and Conditions
To be eligible for a credit, you must return your unopened order in their original packaging within the 30-Day Return Policy period. In the case that the item has been opened but is still in original condition you will be eligible for an exchange only of equal value of that item in lieu of a credit.
- The 30 day guarantee period will commence from the date that the customer ordered their product
- If there is no receipt of delivery, the date shall be assumed to be 5 business days from the date of dispatch
- You will need to provide proof of purchase (which may include the invoice, credit card statement or other payment statement) at the time of making the return.
- Delivery charges will not be refunded.
